Good morning God. I wrote yesterday about some painful memories of My mother and father. Yesterday I felt out of sorts. But this morning, I feel better. I think writing is good for me. I never know what to write each day. My little book talks about being frantic and stressed. It writes, “But the spirit produces love, joy, kindness, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.” Galantians5:22-23.  Thank you Jesus for being my protection.

Sweet Jesus, you are the spirit that gives me all these gifts. Love, patience, tolerance, and going that extra mile of helping people out other women. I need self-control or self-discipline. I have a routine in the morning, then off doing errands. Self-control is like refraining from pen and tongue. Don’t hurt your sisters and brothers. Think of other people’s needs sometimes before your own needs. And try to help others in need if I can. I can pause for a moment before I do anything today.

I’m applying for free grants up to fifty thousand dollars, which can go towards a house. Gary’s going to help me fill out the forms for the grant online. Working on my fourth step isn’t easy. But with your love and protection, I can do anything.

The Bible says, “The Scripture gives us patience and encouragement to have hope. Patience and encouragement come from God.” Romans 15:4-5

The Bible speaks about patience and helping others, “We also have joy with our troubles, because we know that these troubles produce patience. And patience produces charter, and charter produces hope. And this hope will never disappoint us because God has poured out his love to fill our hearts. He gave us his love through the Holy Spirit, whom God has given us. Romans 5:3-5

Hope is a powerful word for me because I need to be closer to you, God. Hope fills my heart with peace, joy, laughter, and contentment. Psalm 40;1 writes, “I waited patiently for the Lord, He turned to me and heard my cry.” You heard my cry and rescued me. And I truly believe in you, Jesus. I hope never to lose my hope, which can easily happen if I’m not grounded. Please help keep hope in my heart. Sometimes I fall back and make mistakes which makes me human.

There were so many lessons I learned today. God produces love, discipline, and patience, which bring charter. I want to believe I have a good charter that produces “Hope” is all we have in our society. I’m at a loss if I don’t have hope in Higher Power. We didn’t speak at all a year ago, so sorry, Jesus. Wow-what a change one year makes. Have a beautiful day. Love you, sweet Jesus, Love me.
