Jesus the Messiah
December 10, 2022
Dear God, good morning. I was reading from “The Life Recovery Bible. Today I read Matthew. It was a beautiful read. According to the New Testament, which focuses on you, sweet Jesus to be the Messiah. I genuinely believe you are the Messiah. You came to the people to heal them. The Jewish people denounced you, the Romans killed you, and you did no harm to anyone.
Jesus, you are a gentle lamb who loved all people. I can not wrap my head around the fact that you were crucified. It hurts my heart that you were tortured, people spit on you, and you turned your cheek.
The Life Recovery Bible says, “The Gospel of Matthew makes it clear that our only hope for recovery lies in Jesus the Messiah” Since I’ve been learning about the Bible, I believe you are the Messiah Jesus. I gave you all my difficulties, and the problems would go away.
The Life Recovery Bible writes, “Jesus deserves our trust and commitment as we seek recovery from dependency and sin. When we rely on the power of forgiveness gained through his death.” (Matthew)
This is my fourth step out of The Life Recovery Bible has a guide to recovery and changing our old ideals and behavior that need to be smashed, which I’m working on every day. I have to do many charter defects that I need to get rid of. Jesus, all you want for us is to change our hearts, minds, and soul.
I am so grateful to you, Jesus. Thank you for the new car, a roof over my head, a warm home, and warm clothing. I am so happy each morning to write to you, Jesus. You give me love, peace, faith, joy, goodness, kindness, and self-discipline. I’ve been so tired because I have a nineteen-month-old chasing me around during the week, and I love my job. Thank you for the job, sweet Jesus. I love you. Have a lovely day!!
