Good morning, Dear God. We need to go food shopping. Then at eight-thirty, I read Terri my dear God’s letter, and we move to recovery issues about my resentments list. It seems that my resentment list is getting larger. My first resentment was against Santa Claus, and I also put him on my list. Today the Holy Spirit helps in my recovery.

Today’s reading writes, “Jesus is your “Security” today in my life. I truly believe that you, Jesus, changed my soul to be graceful, loving, kind, speak the truth, and have love for everyone that’s touched my heart.

And for those who drive eighty miles an hour, I have something to say. People going that fast have no sense of judgment. The way they race on the highway has always frightened me. Why don’t they run it on a racetrack? Putting family’s lives in danger, babies, children, and doggies.,  When there’s an accident, it is most likely due to speeding. Pray for me, sweet Jesus, and please protect me when driving on the freeway. I admit I get frightened of how unsafe people are. I have a little sports car myself. It’s Volvo which is the safest car on the road. Thank you for driving us to the Volvo dealership. I love my car.

In the readings, it writes, “But the Lord is faithful and will give you strength and will protect you from the Evil One.” God’s Promises for every day. Please give me strength and protection from anyone evil. I have faith in my heart for you, Jesus, that you’ll be there for me always.

The book speaks of the Holy Spirit. “And in Christ, God put his unique mark of ownership on you by giving you the Holy Spirit that he promised. The Holy is a guarantee that we will receive what God promised for his people. Ephesians 1:13-14  (God Promises every day)

. I’m not sure if you have touched me, sweet Jesus. I’m a work in progress, not perfection. Maybe it was the day I cried out to you for help. That day was nine months ago. I was crying my heart out on the floor, and I thought you gently put your vast arms around me. I began to feel hope in my heart. After writing to you, sweet Jesus, I  started to feel free of my difficulties in life. And yes, after that experience, I was in awe. I said it before. I thought it was a blanket you put on me, and I was grateful and hopeful. That day you were holding me in your gigantic arms wrapped around me. I felt your warm arms around me, not a warm blanket. I love you, Jesus, for filling my heart with love, joy, peace, and understanding. No one can take that away from me unless I take my will back if I stop doing your will, which I hope doesn’t happen. I trust you, sweet Jesus. The New Testament speaks of Jesus being our father, so if my parents abandon me, Jesus will take me in.

It’s not my imagination that day you came to me, Jesus. I felt love in my heart and joy, which helped me believe in you, Sweet Jesus. People may think that my experience may be an illusion. Let them think about what they want. “It’s none of my business what other people think of me.” We say that in our fellowship. Try and practice that saying every day! I loved the reading, and I’ll pray for my family and friends to be happy. Love you, Jesus.
